Safety too, has always been on top of our priority list. Our employees are equipped with the latest technology and tools for making it safe and efficient.
However, going forward, Shambhav plans concrete steps for fostering behavioural shifts free from the anxiety and stress that may arise amidst Covid-19 risks and fears.
This includes sanitizing our entire production facility and making it Covid 19 ready with Thermal scanning, Thermal imaging, and Thermal Screening of staff, workers, and visitors.
3.Dedicated Covid-19 Taskforce
Last but not least, Shambhav has put into place a dedicated Covid-19 taskforce to ensure the well-being of the entire workforce. Some of its primary responsibilities include:
- Promote regular and thorough hand-washing
- Ensure surfaces, objects, machinery, tools & equipment are cleaned with disinfectant regularly.
- Prepare an effective response plan for COVID-19 suspected or probable.
- Prepare employee wellness programs.
